What a beautiful home!!! A perfect place to stay in Brussels. Pascal our host was warm and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was tasty and coffee divine. Our room was spacious, warm and full of charm and character. Location is on a quiet street yet a stones throw away from all the wonderful sites in Brussels. Easy walking distance to both Central and Midi train station. A lovely stay, J&J Canada 🇨🇦

Charming and Comfortable

Our host was so gracious and kind. He gave recommendations for places of interest and dining. The suite was charming and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and hopefully one day return!

Pascal, the owner and host, was very friendly and helpful. However, Expedia should make it clear that this is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. The breakfast was adequate, but had fewer options than at other hotels at which we stayed in Belgium. Also, if you intend to use the parking lot provided by the Carmelites Guest House, be aware that the parking space available to you is extremely tight. You should be able to negotiate tight spaces with the vehicle you drive.

Lovely guest house with very welcoming and hospitaple hosts. Conviniently located a stones through away from the peeing statue, whilst maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Plentiful breakfast provided, come and go as you please in a characteristic property. Very convenient for the centre of Brussels and both midi and central station.

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin. Chambre impeccable, calme absolu malgré un emplacement ultra central (30 secondes du Manneken-Pis). Pascal et Akemi sont des hôtes remarquables : accueillants, attentionnés, disponibles et passionnés par leur ville. Leurs conseils et anecdotes ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. High recommend!! If you are going to Brussels then you need to stay here!! Owner is extremely friendly and helpful making our stay and first experience in Brussels amazing. This was our first trip with our baby so everything was a challenge, but staying here really brought relief and convenience.

Fantastic place

Excellent location . Fantastic host , who is the most friendly , caring , honest . Pascal treated the guests as friends rather than guests. The house and rooms are structurally old but very adequately comfortable. Highly recommended for a fantastic visit of Brussels

We had a nice stay at this property. The host is nice, helpful, and accessible, and provided useful information that made our visit to the city enjoyable. More importantly he chatted with us and answered many questions (I had) about the city and the country, which helped me understand the culture a bit and learned more than what I would have just from reading.

This is right in the middle of eveything, but off the main area just enough so it is quiet. The house is historic and beautiful. Pascal was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our conversations with him at breakfast. He even walked us to the metro station to make sure we caught the right car to Brussels Midi

全体的には満足するものでした。1点だけ悩ましいのが、入り口のドアに番地「２０」しかありません。探すのに苦労しました。小さくても「カルメリーテス ゲスト ハウス」の看板があれば良いですね。本件は、一度チェックインすると問題無いですね。次回も使いたいと思いました。

とても素敵なGuest House です。

3月中旬、娘とCarmelites Guest House に2泊しました。宿泊1週間前に駅(空港）からこちらまでの地図と詳しく書かれた行き方などが日本語でメールで送られてきました。個人旅行でしたので大変助かり迷うことなくたどり着く事ができました。ホストのPascalさん、Akemiさんはとても心配りのある方々です。滞在中お勧めレストランや観光案内、ブリュージュまでの行き方など親切に教えて下さいました。 ゲストルームもとても広くて清潔で心地の良いお部屋です。部屋にはチョコレートとボトルのミネラルウォーターも置いてありこんな所にもホストの気配りが見受けられました。 朝食は私達の時間に合わせて焼きたてのワッフルを焼いて頂きました。コーヒー紅茶オレンジジュースなど好みの飲み物を出してくれます。果物、チーズ、ヨーグルトなども有り旅行中の朝食としては大満足です。 このGuest Houseは場所も非常に便利な所に有ります。小便小僧まで徒歩数十秒という観光の中心地。建物自体は100年以上経っていると言っていました、とても歴史を感じながらその調和に合ったインテリアに囲まれ優雅な気持ちになりました。 ホストのPascalさんとAkemiさんには大変お世話になりまるでお友達のお宅に泊らせて頂いたような心地よい気分で過ごせました。 Carmelites Guest House皆さんにお勧めしたいと思います。

Excellent accommodation and host

The owner/manager of this property, Pascal, was accommodating and was helpful in explaining to us where to go and arranging breakfast at our selected time. Pascal did also walked with us to help us locate a pharmacy (on Sunday). Room and toilet are big for someone coming from London and room is tidy and the bed is comfy. The only issue for someone else could be the stairs. However, this was not a problem for us.
