Very nice room. My only issue: the TV channel lineup does not include BBC News. And the very generous breakfast buffet (€17) offers cold scrambled eggs and mediocre do-it-yourself coffee. Very “sympathique” staff, however.

Loved the location, close to amenities and transport. Staff were exceedingly helpful and kind. Unfortunately the lift was out of order so five floors of stairs wasnt fun but staff offered to help with luggage. We enjoyed our stay, the unit was spacious and very comfortable

Pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and open view to garden was pleasant and relaxing. Parking was €15 which was a bit surprise as it should be mentioned in the booking instead of just writing parking available. Location was good too.staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Good choice for short stay and modest price

not the fanciest hotel, but good for the price. Good connection to Metro and to the Airport. Very generous size of room. The only small minus is dated furniture and dust in wardrobes. We are overall are satisfied with our stay.

In quiet residential neighborhood, I stayed in a studio suite for a week doing business in Brussels. Relatively easy to get around with nearby tram/bus stop so a transport ticket is a must. The condition of the room was good but hallway rugs a little dirty. Friendly staff, no problems at all.

Nice place and location. Very clean. We had two rooms, but the AC only worked in one. Otherwise it would have bean a great experience. I would stay again but verify the AC is fixed.

Hotel did not provide any room cleaning during our week stay. When we asked they said they were an apartment not a hotel. Staff was very friendly and did provide extra towels. We couldn't get air conditioning to work and when windows are open there is a lot of street noise. Parking at hotel and location were great.

Website is misleading, you have to pay to use the "kitchen" - Microwave is all we really needed. "Double" rooms mean bed plus kitchen, I took it as 2 beds. The lights don't work in bathroom at the sink. Only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 1/2 days and gave us 1 water bottle. No kleenex or paper towels to use. AC was not working, it blew out some air but did not chill the room down. The water ran out of the bathroom when taking a shower, we had no extra towels to clean it up, we put a dish cloth down so we didn't step in it. Staff was very nice. Garage hallway reeked. For the short time, we made it work as we were not there much.

It was nice that the man behind the desk called at like 6 if we would make it before the check-in time. However i had to tell him 6 times that we would be there before 10. The check-in went alright, it was quick and easy. However, i booked two rooms, two months in advance. And somehow we were on 2 completely different floors. Luckily both guests from the rooms were adults, but it is odd that if you book two rooms under the same family name that you get separated. The rooms were okay. The carpets were really gross, and the kitchen was apparently paid for extra, not included in your stay like Expedia made it sound like. The road next to the hotel was loud, but that is normal for a hotel next to a public road. Room 305 had weird stains on the bedsheets, and room 504 had loads of hairs (not ours), and someone's nails in the bed. The bathroom was clean and neat though, but that was about everything that was clean in the room. The weirdest thing was that the doors could not close properly. 305's door could hardly close properly, at least 2 fingers could be pushed between the door. 504 had one finger pushed between the door, and the second lock could not be clicked on normally without having to put your full body weight at the bottom of the door. It felt unsafe, considering all t hat stopped the door was a simple magnetic lock and a passcode. Not your usual card key or key itself. We slept light and with a chair in front of the door due to this. It's... Ok? Could be better!
