El servicio de Shuttle, que son buses que esperan fuera del aeropuerto, tomamos el último de la noche del 23 de diciembre, no nos llevó al hotel, no nos dijo nada hasta que le dijimos que nos estábamos alejando del hotel, ya que lo íbamos viendo por google Maps, nos bajó en medio de la nada con 4 maletas, a media noche, a una temperatura de 0 grados. Nos tocó caminar hasta el portón de entrada de la NATO para pedir un Uber desde un lugar seguro, experiencia nada agradable. Deberían reportar a ese motorista ya que no es manera de tratar al turista a quienes se debe.

El hotel es perfecto! Comida deliciosa en el desayuno, lo único malo fue el servicio del shuttle, que son buses que esperan fuera del aeropuerto y pasan cada cierto tiempo, tomaos el último de las 11:30 pm y el motorista no entró a la zona de hoteles, y cuando le dijimos que nos estábamos alejando del hotel nos bajó en medio de la nada, a media noche, a temperatura de 0 grados y con 4 maletas, menos mal reconocimos que estábamos cerca de la NATO y caminamos hasta el portón de entrada para estar en un lugar seguro y desde ahí pedimos un Uber. Sé que el shuttle es subcontratación del hotel, pero si deberían poner la queja con esa empresa por el motorista del día 23 de diciembre que llevó el último shuttle de la noche desde el Aeropuerto de Bruselas.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport and unfortunately had a very bad experience from start to finish. On arrival, the sofa bed in the room was completely broken and slanted, making it impossible for anyone to sleep on. Tried calling reception multiple times for assistance, but no one answered. Eventually had to go downstairs to ask for help in person. The receptionist was just sitting there and letting the phone ring off the hook and didn’t acknowledge at first and when the situation was finally explained, she said a colleague would come to the room. No one ever arrived, and the issue was never resolved. The breakfast experience was just as disappointing. There were no plates, no cutlery, and barely any food available. Guests were standing around waiting for items to come out of the kitchen, only to be told “in a minute,” with nothing actually appearing. There was even broken glass on the floor, which is a safety concern. Ended up eating plain bread rolls because there was no butter left. Staff were rude and uninterested in helping. When checking out, mentioned that no one had come to help with the broken bed, the response was dismissive, and was told “at least there were sheets!” This stay was far below the standards I expect from an IHG property. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.

I was put in a room surrounded by teenagers on a school trip. They were up till 1am each night, running the hallways and going from room to room slamming doors. The walls are paper thin and the main doors aren't quiet when they close. If you like quiet, then don't stay here. Transit is also unreliable so getting into the city centre takes time. The television has many channels, but picture was never clear. Breakfast is decent.
