Others have mentioned complaints about breakfast being crowded or not well-stocked. That was NOT my experience. Plenty of food was available at all times during the morning hours. There were three rooms for seating in addition to the "lobby" by the bar, three coffee machines, and two juice machines, plus milk and tea areas. Gluten-free rolls were available every time I asked. The Diegem train station (and Diegem bus stop) is an easy walk but part of the distance is not well-lit at night. The Diegem KENNEDY bus station is right in front of the hotel. Take 3 euro bus from airport. If traveling by train or bus, you may want to enter by the Greenhouse office entrance or the ParkingHouse sidewalk. It's just a 3-4 minute walk through the parking areas from Diegem KENNEDY to the hotel entrance. (I suggest the STIB/MIVB app for purchasing tickets and tracking transportation options, though the latter is also possible with Google Maps.) Be sure to choose Holliday Inn EXPRESS if using the Uber or Bolt App, or you'll end up at the other Holiday Inn a kilometer away. There are items for sale in the hotel snack show (water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, chips/chocolate, even sandwiches/salami bites). They are more expensive than a grocery store, but the nearest is beyond the train station (1+ km away). Fruit-infused water is free in the lobby during waking hours. The hotel restaurant/cafe has limited lunch / dinner items but what I ordered (seafood stew?) was delicious.

Affordable price with good service. Plus free breakfast. Close to bus stop and train station. Very convenient to go anywhere. Bed is comfortable. Room is very clean. We did change stay to Hilton , pay extra $100 per night. Later we move back to holiday inn , Because the same conditions of the room , but Hilton is no breakfast and far from train station. Compared both, holiday inn express is our best choice.

I needed to book a hotel at very short notice due to travel problems and the Holiday Inn Express was definitely the best of the choices I had. COmbined with the free shuttle service, staff were incredibly helpful, room was comfy and quiet and the breakfast was very good as always with Holiday Inn - would definitely use them again.

I booked a 15-night stay, paid in full upfront via Expedia.ca, as I am here on business. I specifically chose Holiday Inn because I’ve been an IHG member for over 20 years and expected a basic level of professionalism and service. That expectation was a serious mistake. Breakfast is included with the stay, which is essential when you’re living out of a suitcase for over two weeks. From day one, the breakfast has been consistently poor: Cold potato wedges every single morning Eggs that are hit-or-miss and often lukewarm The only thing consistently acceptable is the coffee I complained on day one, and repeatedly thereafter. Nothing changed. The issues extend far beyond breakfast: The heating in my room does not work properly The deadbolt on my door is literally falling out of the wall — a serious safety issue One of the elevators has been out of service for most of the week, which is unacceptable for a business hotel As if that weren’t enough, there is a sign inside the elevator stating that there is NO housekeeping service on Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. This is never disclosed at the time of booking. When you’re staying 15 nights, this is a major omission and completely unacceptable.

The rooms are very clean. Better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. A lot of selection, everything was fresh and re-stocked every few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
