Very modern and technologically driven hotel, no staff needed just self check in and dryers and washers can need a little servicing but overall great location and value.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was great. The only issues were some hair on the bathroom walls and a few complimentary creamers and chips that were around two months expired. These are small things that could easily be addressed with a little more attention to cleaning and checking the room items.

I booked this place without reading carefully. There is no staff. Check in and delivery of services is automated. I was a bit confused checking in, since my phone was not working perfectly. There could be better posted explanations. But the place grew on me. Well taken care of. Very nice design. Free coffee pods. Perfect location. Could use a little bit better lighting in rooms.

Excellent location. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Electronic check-in process was a challenge to me due to its nature but at the end it made the whole experience a very good one as it made the interactions friction free.

Very small room with small window on interior courtyard - claustrophobic!! Room not well cleaned on arrival and instructions for trash not evident. An ice machine would be good! Pool table missing 2 balls. Never clean coffee cups available in lobby. On the good side: excellent location, comfy bed, great gym and convenient luggage storage.

The location was very good. A short walking distance to Brussels Central train station. The amenities and the conditions were good. It was very clean. The only slightly negative remark is that there is no reception. Everything opens with a special code. The main gate, the elevator, the laundry room, etc. So this was a bit weird for me. But otherwise it's a good place.

This hotel was everything and more than we expected! We had a beautiful, spacious room with a nice-sized bathroom and shower, and the water was super hot—everything you could want after a long day of traveling. One of the things we really appreciated was the laundry facility downstairs. There was also a gym, which my daughter took full advantage of, as well as an office/workspace area downstairs. The lockers were another amazing added benefit. We arrived before our room was ready, and the lockers were large enough to hold a checked bag, a carry-on, and two backpacks. Best of all, there was no additional charge for this service. The instructions for everything were straightforward and easy to follow. There isn’t staff physically on-site, but everything is extremely well managed through communication, including access codes and check-in instructions. We never felt like we were missing anything by not having a traditional front desk. I had never heard of Numa before booking this hotel, and honestly, I felt like I was taking a chance. After staying here, though, I can say that if I’m traveling somewhere and Numa is an option, I will absolutely book with them again. You get so much more for what you’re spending compared to many traditional hotels. The room was impeccably clean, and the mini fridge was a great feature. We were able to store food, and it was especially helpful because we had medication that needed to stay cold. They also provided two bottles of water, and the li
