Best hotel!! Fantastic front desk service. Perfect location across from train station Midi. Lovely room, clean, nice bed, great shower. A hot pot for water is the only thing missing. Outstanding.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel has a locker room where you can leave your luggage for a reasonable fee. The rooms are clean and the location is really convenient, across from the train station.

The room and staff were great. The location was great for taking the train etc. but was very noisy. As it was next to the station there were people yelling and shouting at the middle of the night. The hotel should think about having a dedicated parking somewhere close by

Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. Bar was nice and had a variety of drinks and snacks in the evening. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. We did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in our room but aside from this the room was good. The hotel is opposite the train and tram station and although convenient it was a busy area.

Great value

This is a very convenient hotel for Brussels-South. It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, bar area was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast choices.

The room and the hotel in general were clean and well maintained. Very handy location for the Eurostar and local metro. Breakfast was ok, but not enough staff around to restock items. Bar was good, but barman was unfriendly and rude at times.

The hotel's in a great spot, close to everything. It's a buzzing area, so maybe not the best if you want peace and quiet. But the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are big, and there's a nice bar. Breakfast was amazing, with something for everyone. I loved it there and would totally go back. The only thing that would've made it perfect was a mini-fridge in the room.

Overnight Stay

We got to hotel 3 hrs early and were hoping to just leave luggage until check in time, but were able to check in to room early. Had good priced drinks at bar that evening and also had a couple of pizzas were great for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was good value for money with a good enough spread. We stayed there just for one night on our way from Bruges to Paris and couldn’t get a better location literally across the road from the train station. All staff were amazing to deal with will definitely stay again
