location is good, very near to shopping streets and is walkable to Bruseels central (if not in a rush can stroll slowly will take about 20 min) Room is cosy but size is just a little small for 4 pax.
This was a nice little hotel with lots of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to friends and would stay here again.
We stayed there 3 nights, room was spacious, clean. Pool is small but was enough to enjoy. Would not really recommend breakfast option but it was much cheaper than outside. Overall we enjoyed the stay
We had a wonderfull time and exprerience in our 3 days stay here. My 6 year old boy love swimming in the pool. Clean and Warm water. Good room service. Always cleaning the room everyday.

Beautiful, friendly, quiet, and clean hotel. The room was lovely - spacious and I loved the window seating where you could look out into the garden. I think the fact the rooms are around the garden contributes to the quiet but it must also have some good sound insulation of some sort - it's very rare I have stayed somewhere in a city location and not needed earplugs at all!
The staff were very helpful and kind, even patiently allowing me to practice my ropey French skills on them despite that it would probably have been easier for them to speak to me in English. And although the pool is quite small, it was well maintained and heated so I could even feel quite comfortable in it on a very chilly November morning. I would love to stay here again, it's such a nice hotel. If it's available and you're reading reviews to help you decide - book it!
The room was clean. There was not much room for luggage or clothes storage. The shower was awful, water rotated through scalding hot and ice cold and was never just right.
Property was very nice and clean. Room with a loft was perfect— clean and comfortable with all the amenities.
Parking garage is a couple of blocks away.
Lovely property and concept, the area around might not be that beautiful, but as the name mention you end up finding a secret garden, although the area es not the nices it remains safe
The Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, without explanation and without compensation. We asked for a little later check out to be able to sleep a little longer after a terrible night but it was denied. A nice place but bad service.
