From check-in to check-out, I was thoroughly impressed by every staff whom I have encountered and interfaced👍, they are not only with smiles, courteous, fast to respond and thorough. The entire hotel that I have been to (front lobby, restaurants, hallways, my guest room and the exterior surrounding) were tidy organized and clean. Just 2 minor issues with my room, the shower glass door leaks water and the hand-held shower-head holder is worn won't keep the shower-head in position..... Otherwise, to fellow ruthless travelers to learn to use the provided "tongs" on breads and toasts etc.. and stop putting plates by in the pile once you have grabbed/taken it (even if you have not used it).

Travelled with a 1.5 year old baby and the hotel amazing for it! Great kids room and super chilled pool with tanning beds. The room comes with basic amenities and free mini bar refill everyday. Bed is comfortable. Tv is soso not a smart tv but can airplay ( can’t Netflix though). Each room comes with a filtered water tap so you can refill your bottles. It’s quite newly renovated so things are relatively new! I highly recommend as it’s super convenient and links to malls , mrt and the restaurants in hotel are good too!! I really enjoyed my stay. They didn’t have baby fence but have cribs upon availability. I suppose the hotel should upgrade more baby amenities considering they have special kids to book ! Baby fences would be a good option for kids above 2 year old but younger than 6 . Their beds are very high as mattresses are thick.
