工作人員基本都還不錯，也很熱心協助

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Located in the heart of Singapore. Opposite to Raffles city shopping centre and five minutes walk from city hall station.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a very convenient location, rooms were spacious, staff were friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay here with our children, and looking back, I feel that this residence was a big part of what made our time in Singapore so special. It is a cozy and intimate place, which made our stay feel even more personal and comfortable. The facilities had everything we needed for an extended stay and were thoughtfully arranged, so living here with children was easy and convenient. What we appreciated most, however, was the people. The manager and every member of the staff we met were genuinely warm, kind, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel very well cared for throughout our stay. I also loved the interiors — a beautiful balance of contemporary sensibility and classic elegance. It was not only comfortable to live in, but also aesthetically pleasing in a quiet, understated way, which made coming back each day a pleasure. We made many happy memories with our children during our time in Singapore, and this lovely place will always be part of those memories. My sincere thanks to the manager and the entire team for making our stay so warm and memorable. We would be very happy to return.
