Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:



● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:

Check-in will be done in person from 3pm until 6pm.



Other Things to Note:

- A signed rental agreement is required for long-term stays with a 15 days notice period.

- Entertainment: TV with Netflix is available for viewing; no cable TV is available.

- Check-Out Policy: There is a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m.; a late check-out fee applies after the grace period.

- Deposit: To protect our community and as per our house rules, we request a deposit of 500 EUR. This deposit will be released within 24H of your checkout if no house rules violation.

- Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR.
