Nice hotel not far from city center
clean room, friendly people, nice location not far from city center, convenient public transportation...only thing is that the restaurants near the hotel were not so good, and no supermarkt nearby

最满意的部分是check in的时候的chris , 英语很棒，服务很nice。至于酒店，房间很小，卫生间的卫生情况很一般。住了两晚，就只赠送了一瓶水，第二天矿泉水和咖啡包就都没有了。总体还OK吧，四星级的定位就有点儿差强人意。

Spent only one night here. Room was comfortable. Found the raised bathtub too high. Could pose quite a problem for older individuals.

De kamer is zwaar verouderd. Foto’s op de site zien er goed uit. Prijs / kwaliteit is niet in balans. Volgende keer NH hotel aan de overkant proberen. Ontbijt was zeer goed.

Hovedpuderne var kæmpestore, og da jeg bad om en mindre kom der en næsten ligeså stor. Bruserens vand skiftede til brændende varm til iskold, og tog længe om at få varme (eller indstillingen ifht hvor gennemsnitlig var passede ikke). Der var kun koffeinfri nescafe på værelset.

Chambre très fonctionnelle, salle de bain très bien équipée d'une baignoire à remous, le tout à deux pas de la Commission européenne. Personnel très agréable et efficace. Une bonne adresse, avec des prix raisonnables!

How nice people are at their reception ! When iPhone cable was damaged in the night, the lady not only supported me with smile but also she borrowed her own cable for 3 nights. Absolutely good for her nice smile, thanks a lot.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing I did not care for was that I had to ask for regular coffee. Only had decaf in room. Was told initially that they only had decaf.

Ein nettes, sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal, tollem Frühstück. Abzüge gibt es allerdings dafür, dass die Sauna „Out oft Order“ war und der Fitnessraum nur für ein minimales Zeitfenster gebucht werden konnte.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. EU und Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Für moderaten Aufpreis gab es ein Upgrade auf eine Suite. Leider war in der Minibar (im Upgrade inklusive) kaum etwas enthalten (4 Dosen) und wurde auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Das hat den guten Eindruck leider geschmälert.

Five Day Business Trip
Five day business trip. Excellent location near Shuman Circle in EU Commission area. Easy access to Metro, Airport Bus, many Pubs and Restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet is excellent, room and bed were very comfortable, quiet, good temperature control. Furniture is fine, but somewhat spartan (tables with legs, very few drawers).
