Don’t judge hotel from the outside! It is a great hotel we were so unexpectedly surprised at how beautiful our room was. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful 10 minutes from the train station walking and a direct bus from airport to right in front of the hotel door.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and accessible. Room was spotless, beds were very comfortable, suite was beautiful. Bathroom was larger than most hotels and updated and clean. Very close to train station. Wonderful experience and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It was a mini apartment, it even had a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! They have hot and cold options! The restaurant on site only have a chef from Sunday to Thursday so if you are there for the weekend, you can take a short walk to the Holiday Inn next door and they have a full restaurant available. Check in and check out was a breeze! I definitely would recommend!

The hotel is nice and new. Staff is friendly. We’ve had a very inconvenient incident with a fire alarm that caused a disrupt to our stay specially with a poorly child. Also, the cost was not so clear in terms of parking and tourism fee which caused a bitter taste

Over the years I have been in hundreds of hotels but the friendliness of the staff at this hotel stands out. Effective, attentive and all with a contagious smile and kind word. The hotel is fine, perfectly clean with spacious rooms. The queen size bed was most comfortable. Breakfast was one notch above the average. The location may not work for a tourist to Brussels, but it is located close to the airport and in a business area. If this location works for you, it would be a solid recommendation.

Relatively new hotel with modern facilities. The room is good size with a kitchenette. It is not far from the airport but has no shuttle service. There is a bus R26 outside the hotel to go to the city or the airport. Life is easier if you figure out how to find the bus when you arrive at the airport. The main issue during my stay is dinning. The hotel offers nice and complimentary breakfast but there is no reliable food service for the rest of the day. There is literally no restaurant or food stores nearby except a restaurant at Holiday Inn (within walking distance). Even though there is a kitchenette in the room you won't be able to get anything to cook unless you come with a car.

I was so relieved to get to this property with my family after staying in another awful hotel. The staff gave a big warm welcome and I loved the room. I only wish the food menu had been more extensive.
