「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor...

We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt.
