“I didn't know what to expect coming into Sunrise Beach Motel since I had read both very positive reviews as well as some pretty scathing ones. But my experience was excellent. “If I could give this place negative star rating I would. When I booked this hotel online I rather reviews than 20 minutes later. “Check in was like a scavenger hunt. We got there later than 11 pm and there was a sign on the door saying to go to another hotel if the front desk was closed. Once we got to that hotel there was another sign on the door saying to go to another hotel if they were closed. We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door.
