“The phone did not work, so we had to walk to the front office whenever we had an issue. They never came to clean our room or give us fresh towels in the 3 days we were there. The tv jet coming on spontaneously in the middle of the night the first night. The bed was very comfortable & the diner just a few minutes away was amazing!”

“The heater in the room did not work & I was charged 3 times once by Expedia and twice by the hotel now I have to wait for a refund. That’ll take 5 to 7 days. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times never had an issue until now.”
