Lovely views
Loved the animals, the pool, the hot tubs. Rental smelled like cigarettes and the agreement specifically stated no smoking.

Glad you thought the view was lovely & loved the animals, pool & hot tub. I am so sorry the rental smelled like cigarettes, this is the first I have heard of this issue. I give all our guests mine & my brothers/owners phone #, so I ask if you have an issue, please contact us during your stay or otherwise I don't know about it until I read the review. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our rentals. Apparently previous guests broke our rules. Once again we are sorry that previous guests broke our rules because we don't allow smoking on any kind inside our rentals. We strive hard to please our guests! Thanks for being our guests!

The stairs are steep almost like a ladder, wouldn’t recommend for children or elderly. Very clean, beautiful views, and the owners are very friendly and responsive. Love the area.

Close to Home Vacation Destination
Been waiting to stay at this property/resort for awhile. Decided to take a staycation, but went about 8 miles away from home to do it! We stayed 4 days/3 nights and enjoyed the entire time. Daughter and I brought the kiddos/grands to kick-off Summer Break. Plenty of room for all 7 of us! Kids spent hours in the pool, playing on the baseball court, visiting the chickens, bunnies, horses and Billy goat! The property was stocked with enough dishwater, utensils, etc to cook most of our meals. We ate lunches in the outdoor kitchen area and dinners in the main kitchen. The equipment is modern and clean. Did not cookout on charcoal grill but it was convenient to the outdoor eating area. Loved the porch swing looking out over the river—very relaxing! The hot tub was a big hit and in the evening the “light show” was fun! Went down the mountain into South Pittsburgh/Kimball area for Mexican food one evening and it was an easy trip there and back. We are already making plans to return! Hoping to make this property/resort an annual destination! Great job Brent and Sylvia!

Beautiful views, quiet retreat.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The design and layout of the cabin is fun and you have a gorgeous view of Nickajack. A short drive to Chattanooga. The pool is very big and nice. Kids LOVED the rock wall and slide. Owner/Manager was very responsive and we had no problems.

Best weekend getaway
This was such a great place. Kids loved playing on the slide and rock climbing wall. The lookout at the top was so pretty! Great outdoor kitchen and place to relax in hottub and huge TV screen.

Relaxing Getaway
We had the best views and best time! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to unplug. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Along with the horseback riding and basketball. The ladder stairs could be a little problematic if you have younger kids, but our 8 and 13 year old loved it! We are already making plans of when we can come back.

Great stay @ Paradise Point Sky/Tree House - Hot tub with a movie on ground level, three-story cabin with breakfast nook and movie room on third level observatory, and a ton of great views and activities. If this wasn't enough the host took the time to deliver a gift surrounded by rose petals for our 13th anniversary upon arrival!!! You just can't beat this!! Loved it!!! Will be back!

This entire complex is simply incredible!!
This complex is a 10 out of 10 we will be back for sure. We loved the place! The outdoor cooking space and hot tub while watching TV and cooking was a huge hit! Only comment would be that if you have young children the Ships ladders are a concern. We would stay at another cabin until the kids are older. The view is amazing!! Super clean and well ran!!

Loved this place! Pictures of the size online doesn't do it justice. We arrived late at night so we got a surprise of the view in the morning and it was absolutely beautiful. Our kids had a blast with all of the extra things this place offers. Cant wait to come back again and stay longer.

Beautiful stay!
The treehouse was so much fun! Our children and ourselves loved the rock wall and the slide. The property was very neat and clean. The inside pool was a great addition since the temperature was cold. The only concern was the stairs. They were very steep and high we knew before hand. We also had someone in a wheelchair so the ramp so perfect! WiFi is off and on so don’t expect to have the best cell service. Overall it was wonderful and we would definitely go back!

What a perfect place to stay if you have kids. Ours loved the climbing wall and slide. The hot tub area with the TV was a huge hit too. My only complaint would be the water pressure but overall we were very happy with our stay! We’ll definitely be back!!

Best cabin rental ever!
Honestly this treehouse cabin exceeded every expectation I had and then some! Very clean, tons of space, most beautiful views, friendly staff, close to everything, best vacation we have been on in years!

Excellent property
There are so many options of where to stay here at paradise Pointe. We stayed in the "tree house " cabin and it was wonderful. The driveway up to paradise pointe is VERY STEEP but it is paved and it is safe. The views are wonderful and there is plenty of parking. The cabin has a lot of very steep stairs but we knew that and we loved the whole cabin. We had the indoor pool to ourselves one night and I love the area around nickajack lake. I did not want to come home.

We realize some guests are not familiar with mountains so we have a back way into property that our workers use which is not steep & we let guests go that way if they prefer.

The view from “The Cabin in the Sky was wonderful and beautiful! We really enjoyed the outside kitchen, The gas fire pit and the hot tub. If you have toddlers or older adults just know that there are lots of steps and some bunk beds. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend paradise pointe to you. We plan on staying again.

We absolutely loved our time at the cabin! It is a paradise for kids and adults alike. The slide, climbing wall, and outdoor kitchen/living area complete with a hot tub were the major hits for our crew. We also loved the neighborhood and the indoor pool. The views cannot be beat. We will be back.

Amazing Family Friendly Property
We were looking for an area near Chattanooga that we could stay but be still be in the mountains, with some searching we came across the Paradise Pointe Properties. The cabin was amazing for the kids (9, 6, 4) and they loved the rock wall, slide, and bunk beds. We had made a few plans in Chattanooga for this trip (which was only ~25 min away) but after being in Bryant realized that the local area has a lot to offer as well and wished we had booked a few more days to see these items as well. The cabin was very clean, and was perfect for our two families (total 7). The indoor pool was amazing and we all had an excellent time swimming and relaxing. We'll definitely be headed back to this location for another vacation soon.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE!!
We had such a great time here! You never know what to expect exactly but this place lived up to what it said. The place was so much fun and we absolutely loved it. There is horseback riding on the property and that was so much fun! The views were great and pool was nice. Very close to lots of activities! The owners were very attentive and quick to get back with any needs or requests. We highly recommend!!!

Great place to spend the weekend
We just spent Memorial Day weekend at Paradise Pointe. What a great place! The location is perfect - about 30 minutes from Chattanooga, close to the interstate, with beautiful views. Our unit, the Tree House was very cool, with a hottub, slide and short climbing wall. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was clean. The main pool is fun. Sylvia was easy to contact and accommodating. We'd love to come back!

Family vacation
When we arrived at the place was a little scared of the road to get up to the property but the trek to the resort was well worth it!! The views on top of the mountain were incredible. We stayed in the tree house cabin! It was clean and had a great outdoor space. Communicate with the owner Sylvia was great. She responded right away and was very helpful. The property also has horseback riding which my sisters and I truly enjoyed the people working the stables were incredible they were so kind and patient with us. My family and I will be returning to this place for sure for vacation. I would highly recommended this place to anyone.

Perfect Short Weekend/School Break Getaway
Loved our stay at the treehouse. Our 4 children(2 boys age 6 and 2 girls age 8) absolutely loved everything about it. Everything was as described on VRBO and in working order. If we could make one change it would be a queen bed in the master bedroom! We will definitely book again and will have another family or 2 stay in the neighboring cabins as well!

Great Getaway!
Very nice place! The kids loved the climbing wall & slide. Families with small children need to know the stairs are more like ladders, so be careful.... but our kids loved that too! The outdoor kitchen and hot tub we’re definitely our favorites. We cooked and ate every meal outside. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Quirky and Tall
This property is interesting and fun, from the unfinished clapboard pine interior, to the ship ladders, and the outdoor amenities. Due to the shortness of the stay and prevailing weather, we were unable to use any of the shared facilities, nor enjoy the outdoor dining and kitchen. However, the indoor kitchen was perfectly good for our needs. This is a great property for families with kids who will get the most out of climbing the ship ladders, bunk beds, climbing wall, and slide.

The is a unique place to visit! Kids had a BLAST! My husband and I struggled to sleep because we’re used to a bigger bed but there were so many beds to choose from we ended up staying in different beds the second night. We loved the location and enjoyed a tour of Rock City while we weren’t too far away.

Great Little Getaway
This place was a BLAST! We only stayed one night. I would of never imagined that the drive to the cabin was so steep! Steep made for a beautiful view. Also, the stairs are more like ladders so need to keep a close eye on the kiddos! I loved it and will be back!
