Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL House with outdoor deck. 19 rentals has access to the pool house. Cabin has Hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, charcoal grill & WIFI. fireplace, charcoal grill, fire pit & WIFI. Main floor- bedroom 1-king/bathroom, bedroom 2- king/bathroom, Walk upstairs into 3rd bedroom/family room with 2 true single beds & loveseat then walk into 4th bedroom - 2 queens & 3rd bathroom is also upstairs. MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!

Cabin is for 10 guests including children! Upon approval we allow a maximum of 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 10 you will be charged or ask to leave.

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.
