Someone forgot to clean the trashcan under the bathroom sink, there’s no soap in the shampoo and lotion. And the room kind of smells fine.

The price was good. Property was old and dated. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work so therefore no hairdryer. Room was very small, but comfortable.

At first glance the room was clean, until we noticed mice tracks all around the bathroom. They posted a sign on the counter of the office that stated that the WIFI and the cable television were both out of service. On a positive note, we arrived late at night and they left our key on the counter for us so we could access our room.

Bed mattress was burst and makes noise. Nobody on the counter when showed up. Air conditioner is out of order. I have to ask them to change the room. Saw the other customer show up and disappointed and ask for refund. This is the worst place so far.

L’hebergement n’était pas propre, les planchers étaient sales et collants. Pas de wifi ni de télévision Il y avait une machine à café mais pas de café ni de filtre pour s’en faire un. La machine à café était sale et pas bien nettoyée. Ca ne sentait pas très bon dans le batiment L’enregistrement devait se faire a 3h mais il n’u avait personne à la réception. On a dû attendre une heure pour que la personne arrive. La personne a la réception ne nous a rien mentionnée a propos du wifi. On s’est enregistré et elle est partie tout de suite après. Aucun service!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THERE IS A DILAPIDATED BUILDING WITH NO STAFF. THE FRONT DOOR WAS UNLOCKED SO WE ENTERED LOOKING FOR ANYONE TO HELP. NO ONE AT THE "OFFICE" AND ZERO CARS IN THE PARKING LOT THAT HAD GRASS GROWING THROUGH THE CONCRETE. WE CAME BACK A NUMBER OF TIMES FOR TWO DAYS. NO CARS....NO PEOPLE. WE WERE ABLE TO ACCESS SOME OF THE ROOMS BECAUSE THEY WERE EITHER UNLOCKED OR NO DOOR HANDLES. THE ROOMS WERE IN TOTAL DISARRAY AND IT ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE IT COULD BE A FLOP HOUSE FOR METH HEADS OR AT THE VERY LEAST A PLACE FOR THE HOMELESS. THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. I SAY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY CREDIT CARD AND WITHDREW THE MONIES FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY. THIS PLACE IS IS A FRONT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BOOK HERE! THERE IS NOT A SOUL ON THE PROPERTY AND EXPEDIA HAS GIVEN ME ZERO HELP. EXPEDIA SAYS THEY/ME HAS TO GO THROUGH THE PROPERTY MANAGER. THERE IS NO PROPERTY MANAGER! THERE ARE NO EMPLOYEES! THE PROPERTY IS CALLED UPTOP LODGE NEAR BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK. THANKS EXPEDIA FOR NOTHING.
