We had a nice stay, a small problem got resolved then same day from the management. House was clean amenities were great! Neighbors are friendly and location is convenient to the lake, restaurants and the polar express.

Cabin looked like the pictures. Everything in the cabin was clean. I pay attention to the small details. Batteries in the remote for TV in the living room were dead. Couldn't find any spare ones in the cabin anywhere, so we took the batteries out of the bedroom remote to work it. Internet was out until the last day we were there. I messaged the host the first morning we were there and they said they would contact the owners. I had to follow up the next day and they said they had not heard from owners and didn't appear they were going to follow up again with owners. I was a little disappointed about that. We like to watch the news with our morning coffee. So I had to use my cellphone hot spot They charge a hot tub fee but We didn't use the hot tub. Had a orange rust spot in bottom so I didn't feel comfortable getting in if that was in the water and possibly getting a skin irritation or infection or something from the rust or whatever that was. So don't understand why you charge a hot tub fee if its not clean. So I decided to try to take a bath in the big soaking tub in the master bathroom. Barely got ankle deep water and water turned cold. I was pretty upset by this point. Did not like the fact that we had to haul away our own trash. They charge a cleaning fee yet, I have to haul away my own trash or we would be charged a hefty fee PER bag. That was NOT appealing to me. Taking the trash out should be their responsibility since they charge a cleaning fee.

Very quiet and overall great place

Our stay was pretty good we were able to get around to eat and do some other stuff. We rented a UTV and got to ride around on some trails and see a few waterfalls. Definitely worth it. Downtown Bryson and Cherokkee are definitely recommended their food is really good and the ice cream was even better.

Great property!

My husband, brother in law and 7 year old niece stayed for a few days and the cabin could not be more perfect. Plenty of room for all of us, great location to Bryson City where we took a steam train ride and shopped. Plenty of cooking supplies and comfy beds. We even received a phone call to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I recommend this place!!

The cabin itself is beautiful. The location isn’t the best. You don’t get a view of the mountains. Getting to the cabin, there were 3 abandoned cars on the side of the road that were a bit sketchy. The internet was out. So we could not watch any tv. There were no movies that we could watch in the DVD player. And the hot water heater must be on the smaller side because I couldn’t get through a shower without the water going cold. The hot tub was a nice relaxing feature. And it was nice that there were board games to play.

Mountain Romance

Our first trip to the Smokies, and I was giving my wife a perfect trip!. We loved the Mountain cabin! It had everything needed-Beautiful and Romantic Master, and very relaxing Hot Tub after a very busy day of hiking and all the essentials needed for a great supper. I will recommend this cabin to everyone. One problem we had, is the neighbors dog barks all night till 3 am. I hope they can find a solution to that problem.

Overall, I would totally recommend this cabin and would stay again. The cabin itself was very spacious, a lot bigger than pictures make it appear. The beds were comfortable, but the comforters could use a good wash… other than that, the cabin was well cleaned. The pool table upstairs was fun, however the pockets are broken and every time you shoot a ball in, it goes straight through the pocket and falls onto the hard wood floor which over time as left dings and dents in the floors/stairs - so I would suggest that be fixed. Hot tub was nice and clean but it rained while we were there so we were unable to use it as it was not covered. The wet deck was slippery in the front, so be cautious. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and spot on. Communication was great between email/phone. Internet/WIFI worked well with cell phones but the TVs/Roku were slow. Location was nice in regards to being centralized to Bryson City/Cherokee but I was hoping for a better view - the cabin is surrounded by home owners who are nestled around the cabin, so all you can see is their homes to the front, back and side… so if you want a nice view, this is not the cabin for you.

Fun time with Family

Inside cabin was just as presented on listing. Beautiful and clean. Outside however needs a good scrubbing. Inside had several issues as well. Upstairs loft daybed had a piece broken off that caused one of our family members to get cut and a couple other minor repairs are needed such as upstairs bedroom closet door falls off when opening. The bed footboard in the upstairs bedroom was also missing screws. Inside home was beautiful though and was the perfect size for our family of 6. Hot tub was magnificent however with the outside needing a scrubbing we felt laying our towels down anyway would get them dirty. We didn’t spend any time on covered porch but was a little disgusted with the left over cigarette/cigar ashes that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Also property needs gravel and weed killer sprayed something fierce. There was no rug inside front door so we had to use a towel to wipe our feet as we entered after a rain shower. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool table and games provided. It is a gravel and narrow drive up so would not recommend for motorcycles. Overall would stay again. Just hoping some outside maintenance will be done.

Great Location for a Relaxing Getaway

The cabin was exactly what my family was looking for to celebrate the end of a long, stressful school year. The cabin was open, comfortable, and clean with an easy check-in process. We loved the hot tub and the proximity to great views and Bryson City!
