"Excellent attention to detail - you can tell this hotel is looked after! Fantastic location - staff are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the BEST yet (& we have had a lot of continental breakfasts) this did NOT disappoint. Cute room - great layout, comfortable bed, laundry service was awesome. "This hotel was amazing. Set in the jungle area, the scenery was stunning. View from room was gorgeous with sunrise over the valley. Room beautiful with large balcony to relax on. Many steps but so worth it and there is a funicular to assist down to the pool.amd spa. Food amazing, cocktails delicious. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend this property."

"Alaya is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We are vegan and they accommodated our requests. Very nice spa services as well. Get the balinese massage. From check in to check out the whole time we felt very cared for. Very convenient location to walk to places. "
