GREAT PLACE TO PARTY! PARKING A JOKE

If you are 20-30 years old and want to party and dance all night long, this is the place to rent. Six, count em, six bars with live bands playing all at the same time within 100 feet of the property! However, if you want to sleep anytime before 1am, maybe find a place not on the beachfront. Beautiful unit with nice view and well equipped made it an outstanding condo. Only down side is the underground parking is a joke. If your car is larger than a Fiat, you will not be able to get into the garage. And if you do manage to use the auto elevator (that's right - an elevator for your car - the very large concrete posts will help you use the collision insurance for your rental car. The security guard was very helpful on the many occasions that a local parked in front of the garage entrance and had to get them to move their auto so we could get in or out. We gave up and parked on the street after the first week. All in all, a very nice unit but not for a long term stay.

This property is directly next to an active and major construction site. It is noisy and very unsightly. Just a few steps away from the front door and directly outside the bedroom window. I left after the first night and was unable to receive any credit or refund for my other nights. Please see my pictures for an accurate and current depiction of this property. The brief construction description in the listing does not properly warn guests and none of their pictures show what is really going on with the construction right next to the property
