Welcome to Casa del Mar 705. This penthouse offers breathtaking views of Banderas Bay right from your private patio. Perfect Location! Great Sunsets, Friendly People.

You will LOVE this location. The property is as beautiful as described. The pictures are exactly as experienced! What this does not say - how easy the process was, how friendly the people are and what a perfect place to just enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Mexico. We loved it. We walked most places, the roads are a bit bumpy but overall a great way to get some excerise along with a great experience. You dont have to walk, you can take a taxi, or other... but if you dont like the roads, walk the beach... it all takes you to the same place. Paradise! You will Love it! We will be back.
