The Space:
Welcome to Casa del Mar 705. This penthouse offers breathtaking views of Banderas Bay right from your private patio. The spacious living area is equipped with a 65-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The top-of-the-line kitchen boasts marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals or crafting margaritas.
The condo features high-speed internet (300 MBPS), a washer/dryer set, and room-by-room controlled air-conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night's sleep in both the king-sized main bedroom and the queen-sized second bedroom. For those needing to work remotely, a dedicated workspace desk is provided.

Perfect Location! Great Sunsets, Friendly People.

You will LOVE this location. The property is as beautiful as described. The pictures are exactly as experienced! What this does not say - how easy the process was, how friendly the people are and what a perfect place to just enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Mexico. We loved it. We walked most places, the roads are a bit bumpy but overall a great way to get some excerise along with a great experience. You dont have to walk, you can take a taxi, or other... but if you dont like the roads, walk the beach... it all takes you to the same place. Paradise! You will Love it! We will be back.
