Peaceful, Very Clean and Comfortable

The property is only 2 blocks from the beach, and there is a plunge pool on site for when you feel too hot! It is clean, close to restaurants, easy to access once you know the ropes. And very peaceful.

Disappointed on how small it was. Found the bed against the mall difficult. We needed two bathrooms. Expensive for what we got. Very responsive to requests. SpotlesslyClean.

Great three-month stay

We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great with lots of seating (both shade & sun). When we booked this condo, we were told that our small heated pool on the second floor was shared by the four upper condos. But when we arrived two other units on the main floor were also allowed access to our pool on the second floor, despite the fact they also have access to the pool on the main floor (the four upper units do NOT have access to the pool/lounging area on the main floor). Our second floor pool is far too small to accommodate six units!

Bucerias Apartment

Great location. The studio apartment is cozy as advertised. The water pressure in the shower is quite weak would be our only complaint.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our week in Bucerias. We were expecting a small place and had planned on eating out but enjoyed most mornings with coffee and breakfast on the cozy deck. A nice breeze through the pool and deck area was great. Such great sleeps! Quiet and cool! Only small downside was getting kicked off of wifi often. Not a big deal for us. Great walk into Centro or enjoying the local restaurants, Hot water took a bit to get going so be patient! Plan accordingly for a cozy little spot and you will love it!!
