A unique property. The rooms were spacious and the manager Eva was wonderful. Great to have a large bottle of water for drinking cooking. Quiet even being close to a main road. Convenient stairs leading down to the street with all the restaurants.

All the pictures on Expedia were of the higher end rooms.We asked the hotel (as we booked in February 2025) that we wanted to make sure that we had a room with a nice balcony and kitchen .They responded that all the rooms had nice kitchens ...

The Staff were wonderful. Rooms were very clean and enjoyed our pool. It was warm and clean. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on and daytime was noisy, no fault of of the Refugio Hope to go back when the building construction is completed
