With multiple gathering spaces, 3 lake-view decks, a private plunge pool, and shaded cabana, there's room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
Especially appealing for multiple families and multigenerational gatherings, the home features TWO private king suites, including a ground-floor suite with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and separate entrance. Enjoy being together while giving everyone a little extra independence and privacy.
LAKE ACCESS - JUST MINUTES AWAY
Black Rock Ranch overlooks Lake Buchanan but is not directly waterfront. Enjoy easy lake access at Black Rock Park, just a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive away! The park offers public swimming, beach access, and kayak and paddleboard rentals. A small park admission fee applies, with equipment rentals available for an additional fee.
Boaters will appreciate the nearby FREE Llano County public boat ramp, plus multiple local boat rental options that can arrange boats on the lake of your choice throughout the surrounding Highland Lakes.
6 KING BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Six king beds and three queen sleeper sofas provide sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. All king bedrooms feature comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and pillows of varying firmness.
Bedroom 1 - Primary King Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with lake-view soaking tub, spacious shower with bench, double vanity, and separate toilet room. Opens onto an expansive private upstairs deck with panoramic lake views.
Bedroom 2 - Private Ground-Floor King Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and separate exterior entrance. Connects directly to the Main House's lower level through a short interior hallway. Ideal for grandparents, multigenerational families, or guests who prefer to avoid upstairs bedrooms.
Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5: One king bed in each bedroom.
Bedroom 6: King bed and queen sleeper sofa.
Office: Queen sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa.
For Little Ones: Travel crib / Pack 'n Play provided.
Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The Primary Suite includes a spacious shower and soaking tub, the Ground-Floor King Suite has its own full bathroom with shower, two additional bathrooms have tub/shower combinations, and a half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.

One of Black Rock Ranch's best features for larger groups is the flexibility of two private king suites.
The upstairs Primary Suite offers an elevated private deck, luxurious bathroom, and spectacular lake views.
The Ground-Floor King Suite provides additional privacy and independence, with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and separate exterior entrance. A short interior hallway connects it directly to the Main House, allowing everyone to stay connected without needing to go outdoors.
This arrangement is especially convenient for grandparents, multiple families, couples, or anyone who appreciates a quieter personal space while traveling together.

KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING
Our well-equipped main kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices.
Coffee: Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers are provided. Please bring your favorite coffee!
Additional Kitchenette: The Ground-Floor King Suite provides a convenient second food and beverage preparation area, especially helpful when multiple families are staying together.
Dining: Indoor table for 8, kitchen bar for 3, covered outdoor dining for approximately 6-8, plus 4 additional cabana seats.
Living Room: 50-inch Roku Smart TV, gas fireplace, and comfortable seating connected to the kitchen. Classic games include Uno and Phase 10.
Office: Dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi for remote work.
Also provided: Full-size washer/dryer, Wi-Fi throughout the house and pool area, starter household supplies, basic toiletries, generous parking, and a Level 2 EV charger.

FAMILY REUNIONS & GROUP GETAWAYS
Black Rock Ranch is especially well suited for extended-family reunions, multiple families traveling together, group retreats, and small private celebrations.
Six king bedrooms, two private suites, flexible sleeping arrangements, and spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas make it easy to bring everyone together while maintaining personal comfort and privacy.
With advance approval, private gatherings of up to 25 people total on the property may be considered, including overnight guests and daytime visitors. This maximum reflects the property's septic-system limitations.
Existing beds and sleeper sofas accommodate up to 18 overnight guests. Requests for additional overnight guests may be considered individually, subject to property limitations and advance approval.
