「Amy at the spa was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The food and wait staff were all helpful and pleasant. Wear good hiking shoes for the trail. 10/10 for a quick get away.」

「It was clean, although a little difficult to get to until you got used to the area. No clear signs from the main road to the hotel. Close to some dining options and about a mile from downtown Berkeley Springs.」

「Very nice hotel,typical Marriott. Was on a business trip with colleagues and my only complaint would be our negative interaction with the bar/restaurant manager. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. 」

「When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard...

「The cabin was cozy and the workplace met my needs. A couple of suggestions: Tissues in the room would be nice. In Cabin 3, the chairs are missing screws on the chair cushions. Can always use more hooks on the walls for hanging: towels, jackets, clothes」
