The room was clean. The only thing I rented a room for non-smoking and the room smelled like someone was smoking in there. I had to let them know so I wouldn't be charged a $200 fee.

The driveway was hard to navigate from the main road (approaching from the freeway), as the left hand turn into the property didn't seem possible; had to go further to make u-turn. Property is up the hill from the freeway about a mile, quiet area. Room was reasonable ...

The host was very responsive to a heat issue as well as hot water. We were not on premises very much. A bathroom door in an upstairs bathroom was a curtain and provided little privacy. The beds were comfortable.
