It was amazing, the room was quite and clean. The house keeping was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful, we got the room very quickly and it was as described in the order.

Great stay

We stayed for 1 night (due to flight changes). Everything was amazing. The service was great (the guy on the lobby was very friendly and also provided upgrade). Breakfast was good too. So, although it was a short stay, it was great.

Disappointing - bigger potential

Overall a disappointing experience, no way near a 5-star level as proclaimed. The hotel is in need of a renovation to bring it into the 21st century, once so grand but unfortunately it no longer lives up to its potential. Location is good though and the view spectacular.

Trustfull staff!

I highly recommend the top hotel in Bucharest! It is extremely trustworthy. I accidentally left my necklace behind, and it was promptly found and returned to me. I am truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. A big thank you to them!

I recently spent three unforgettable nights at this hotel, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The staff were professional and dedicated, with a focus on service and care that you don’t encounter every day. They attended to every detail, always with a broad smile that truly brightened my day. I also enjoyed excellent and courteous service in the dining room, with a rich and varied selection. Not going to comment on the hotel itself because everyone has different views. I thought it was excellent. I will comment on the staff, who without exception, were outstanding. They were helpful, polite and made our stay very pleasant. Probably one of the best hotel staff I have come across.
