I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult to get to and was also part of this seperate business. I never could find the sauna which was hidden away in an over crowded locker room. Knowing these things would have made me choose a different hotel. The rest of the property and the fantastic dinning options on-site, more than made up for the defeciencies and gave me an experience that I didn’t ask for but wanted. I am very happy with the decision to stay here and look foreward to returning when the pool is open.

The hotel and the room were lovely as were the staff, especially the catering staff who were amazing. The location is also very central. When my husband wanted to use the indoor pool, he was told he would need a swimming hat. The one on offer at the pool was overpriced. Additionally, the day before we saw other people being let in without any hat. This inconsistently applied rule (that did not allow for my husband to use a shower cap) was designed to make the company that runs the gym/pool money. It is unfair not to warn guests about this, so they can bring their own swimming hats.

Problem med rummet. Hade bokat med King Size men fick två singelbäddar. Sen funkade inte acn så vi hade 25 grader på rummet. Acn funkade inte här heller och efter mycket om och men kom en man och lagade den..

The place to stay
Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well even when it was 100° (38°C). The pool was clean and a pleasant way to cool off. The breakfast had something for everyone. But, given the price, you should have a hearty meal to make it worth the price—more than a cup of coffee and a croissant. I was supposed to stay at a different hotel when go back to Bucharest, but I cancelled that reservation and am headed to the Radisson Blu. It’s convenient to the major sites and many good restaurants downtown, along with shopping, if you need to do any.

Short but enjoyable stay
The hotel is located very conveniently. The breakfast buffet was a little pricy, but there was a huge selection. The fitness center was closed for renovations, but there was an excellent gym in the neighborhood.
