Updated, comfortable and spacious room. Hotel staff was helpful with luggage. Lobby is being renovated. There is a restaurant next door. Public transport to Piata Romana is about 1 block away. About 10 to 15 minutes away from each airport.

To highlight the magnificent customer service of the hotel staff. Always attentive and willing to help. It is a hotel with comfortable and functional facilities. I lived in this hotel for 3 weeks, in Nov. 2023, and my experience has been outstanding. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Hotel is squeaky clean and quiet. Breakfast is good. Weather was cold but hotel has excellent heating. The room I had has balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Water pressure in the shower is very good and water is hot. Access to public transportation is very convenient. All in all, very good value for the money. If I was to provide some constructive feedback, I would probably suggest that the TV was mounted higher up on the wall, for easy watching from the bed, but this did not detract in any way from my excellent experience in this hotel.
