The newly renovated art deco villa is located in the city's most desirable neighborhood and offers guests a posh studio on the top floor. An open floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings and a large bathroom give the 60m² habitat a cosy yet airy feeling. A small but separate staircase takes guests straight from the driveway into the privacy of the studio. Relax and safely walk to top restaurants located within the "Capital" neighborhood - home to diplomats, expats, and beautiful architecture.
