"My family and I had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving this year (2025) at this beautiful home. My sons-in-law. loved the fire pit so much, It was hard to pull them away. The grandkids had so much fun playing in the creek, making s’mores and loved the sleeping in the bunk room! The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking Thanksgiving meal easy. This home fit our family’s needs perfectly and we hope to have occasion to stay here again!! "

"We are repeat guest. As always property was well stocked and very clean. Diane is a great host and always available if needed. Caught a couple nice Blue Catfish, 8-10lb. Kicked back outside by the fireplace and relaxed. We unplug when we are there. No news, no phones, no stress. Not too many full-time neighbors. (very quiet). Those that live there are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay for those looking to return to a simpler time, even just for a few days."

"Home was very inviting and cozy and very clean. It helped to have a fence in yard for my pets, which is hard to find. Owner (Karin) came over to visit and it was great meeting her. She lives right on the property, so if you have any problems, she’s right there. Anyone who stays here, will really enjoy it. We plan on coming back next year. "
