PRIVATE Family VILLA with jakuzzi & swimming pool

Would you like to drink champaigne in a jacuzzi or maybe you would like to swim after you wake up? You can do this! Our home is the best choice if you plan not only a quick sightseeing tour of Budapest, but also to relax.
Just 6 km far away from Budapest, in Budaörs we are offering a 250 square meter minimal design villa.

On the ground floor you can find an 40 square meter wellnes area connected directly to the garden. On the garden you can find the heated outdoor swimming pool. The temperature of the water at least 27 Celsius degree. You can used it between 01 MAY- 30 SEPTEMBER. You can rest beside the pool on pallet furniture.
In the outdoor jacuzzi can relax 4 people at same time. It is open all year. The temperature is about 35 Celsius degree. Also on this floor has a small GYM shower and a toilette. On the first floor there is a huge teracce connected to the living-room, diner for 6, kitchen with modern machines, 1 bedroom with double bed (180X200) and a bathroom with shower. If you are more than eight, the rest of you can sleep in the living room on a huge sofa.)
On the top floor you can find three bedrooms with double beds (180/180x200) and a bathroom.
The villa have huge balconies where you can have a fantastic view to the montains.

The basic price is for 6 people but the maximum capacity is 10 persons.
Price is included cleaning (with water change in the jakuzzi)once a week, towels, bedlines. Extra cleaning with water change is available for extra charges.



As required we can offer airport transfer.
Organizing different programs : wine tasting, sightseeing tour by bus or boat, speedboat tour on the Danube, Tandem Paragliding Flight, paintball, shooting, sailing in Lake Balaton etc.
