“The unique hotel design at Aria Hotel immediately caught my eye whilst checking-in. We stayed in the King bed room with courtyard view and it was spacious and beautifully decorated.

“The experience of our 3-night stay was so bad. The 1st day is perfect, friendly front desk and good room, then things going strange forward. The first thing is the room cleaning, looks like they have different standard per day, they give whole set of towels and only single one bottle water at 2nd day, then only one single big towel and NO bottle water at 3rd day.
The 2nd thing is that I have no idea why this 4-star hotel choose the freezing cold winter to do the hot water maintenance, and just……

“We arrived in town in the morning and went to the hotel hoping to drop our bags off while we explored the city. We were delighted to be told that our room was ready and asked if we would like a coffee while we completed check in.
Our room had a wonderful view of the Basilica and was super clean and comfortable.
We were given recommendations for dinner and after a cocktail on the roof terrace we headed off into town.
Breakfast was truly delightful and a friendly and efficient check out left us……
