The hotel architecture and design were beyond stunning - and the location was perfect as well. Possibly the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in.
Hotel has exceptional lobby. Room was spacious and confortable. Staff were okay. However the shower leaked water all over the floor. The shampoo dispenser did not work. Run out of shampoo last day. For the price we paid we expected better.
Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted.
This is without a doubt as an avid traveler with my husband …. The most beautiful , stunning , gorgeous entrances and first floors of any hotel…. Magnificent!!!!
The staff were as well significantly at a premier level…. Especially Vivian!!!!
The cuisine was very good and the desire to accommodate customized requests just lovely.
We loved historic, romantic Budapest in large part because of the MAGICAL, Magnificent Parisi

You would be missing out if you didn't stay at this beautiful hotel. The building alone is gorgeous, felt like being transported back in time to an age of sophistication and elegance.
The rooms are beautifully furnished. The stuff from reception to dining to Housekeeping are friendly and attentive and go abive and beyond to help. The hotel is located in a prime spot for the sights, dining and shopping.
Had breakfast in our room. A little disappointing as the food could have been warmer and there was no butter for the toast; well I say toast … the bread had probably only had 5-10 secs in the toaster and no colour whatsoever.
Had a massage at the Spa which was excellent.
This 5-star hotel is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Budapest - built in the 1900s- You should definitely stay in this hotel, tour the building, and admire the masterpiece of classical architecture.
All the staff at the hotel are very polite and kind, it is an experience to come here again and again.
Amazing hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. Reception area is sensational and the rooms are great too. Staff excellent, would recommend to anyone.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Emma, the concierge, and Greta, at the front desk were particularly helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was terrific. Great location, which allowed us to walk almost all places.
The property is so unique and absolutly beautiful. Is rich in history and they even have tours of the hotel on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays! Everyone super helpful and nice!
The hotel is very well located . The breakfast is very tasteful and delicious ! The services are just perfect . The team was very helpful and kind ! I recommend this hotel while in Budapeste. The arquitetural of the cafe is astonished ! What a maravillous place !
Beautiful hotel! A true gem and in the best possible location! There is a great shopping street one block down with many beautiful restaurants. Also it’s just a short stroll to the river. There were tourists entering the hotel just to take pictures of the amazing lobby. Would highly recommend!
