Everything was excellent! The only area for improvement would be the gym, adding a few sets of dumbbells would make it better; The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience and the location is very convenient.

Staff were great and there was no problem getting a loan of towels to go to the baths. We also had an early flight when leaving & were given a very good breakfast box to take with us. Downsides were that breakfast could be very busy & you sometimes had to wait for a seat. Also road noise at night was quite noticeable

I stayed at EST Savoy with my friends, and we all had a wonderful time. The staff were efficient and attentive. The environment was clean and tidy. There was a good selection of dishes of dishes for breakfast. We all had a great time

Amazing stay at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly with any queries we had. It was immaculate and spotless throughout and the room was cleaned and beds made each day. The air con didn't seem to work in our room but for the time of year this was fine. Location is perfect, close to shops, public transport links, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar felt like a hidden gem, most evenings had it to ourselves watching the sunset which felt very special. The gym could do with some more equipment but you could make do with it. The breakfast is of excellent quality and range, the best hotel breakfast buffet i have experienced. Overall super impressed and would definitely come back!

This is a lovely hotel in a location that is convenient to two different metro lines. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. And the bakery around the corner (VAJ) is a MUST visit.

I often don’t like larger hotels because I find them impersonal, but though the Savoy is fairly large, it felt intimate. If we needed anything, the front desk staff was eager and accommodating. The room was clean, came with everything we needed. Lovely experience altogether. Would stay there again and recommend it.

The hotel and facilities were good, the breakfast selection was very good. The staff were very friendly. The downside was due to an oversight on my part I failed to request twin bed rooms which proved inconvenient for an all male party.

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was so nice to have somewhere lovely and well air-conned to get back to throughout the day. The rooftop bar was a particular highlight with exceptional bartender and amazing views it was a great way to kick off the evenings before venturing out to dinner. The location is also great with most trips out to things only requiring a short use of public transport.
