"The hotel is mostly clean and modern. The staff is very nice. We had an issue with bathroom shower door … which couldn’t be resolved and had to change rooms, twice. The staff tried to accommodate but their suite is not designed for 3 adults, so bedroom has a nice king size bed, but in the living room it’s just a couch (not reclining, so for very short person) and they can bring a rollaway bed which is super uncomfortable. First floor has a nice high calling, 5th floor is like at attic with very low ceiling. Some rooms have steps…. Also curtains had stains. "

"The staff were excellent from the moment we checked in. Very friendly and helpful. The bar and cafe had great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast which was included in our package was excellent with a wide variety of good, fruit, juices and coffees. We would definitely stay here again if / when we have the opportunity."

"This is a lovely old hotel full of charm and large rooms. We were most comfortable and loved being able to open the windows. You are right outside a metro station, so very convenient. The market is close by, so don’t miss that! The breakfast was very good, plenty of selection."
