Great hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good just that the coffee machine kept breaking. Was told could buy from reception. I think we should have been allowed a coffee for free if we had already paid for breakfast. This was my only complaint.

It's a nice hotel in a great central location. Clean & spacious room. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. Smart control over AC & lighting via your phone. Overall, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. I liked that it was all smart and I could control everything from my phone. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had excellent amenities, even some I hadn’t experienced at other hotels before. For example, you could request a pillow in firm, medium, and soft. The hotel was in walking distance to everything. Perfectly situation in a zone with lots of food options and even a park where multiple locals frequent. It felt like I lived in town and was not a tourist, yet I was close to everything and transport was easily accessible. The room was clean, good size, and had everything you needed. Will stay here again next time I come to Budapest!

Great position ,walking distance to many sights and metro to Thermal Baths and Heroes Square.Good amenities but the best thing about this Hotel are the amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful ,especially Matyas and Liza who made our stay so enjoyable.Will definitely stay here again on return to Budapest.

The staff were all extremely helpful whether it was assisting in booking a Danube River cruise, or recommending restaurants, pubs or even the best place to exchange money. We were very pleased with our stay. Newer modern hotel - clean, safe and quiet!

Really loved our stay here. The staff was so amazing and helpful, and we felt safe. It’s close to everything, and it’s high value for money. Only thing is, if you are travelling as a couple, be aware that there is a glassdoor to the toilet😅

Great Hotel and City

I was really impressed with using my phone to open doors, turn on or off the a/c, even check out through a QR code. The hotel is close to many things and very walkable location. Matthias and the staff were very nice, and informative. They helped map out my self tour.
