Everything is great, from customer service, imagine the manager asking if we needed anything else to be done for us. . All the receptionists do excellent job. The entire apartment is great nothing to complain about. I would recommend and looking forward to go back.

The hotel has a central location in Budapest that makes it an ideal choice for walking tours of the city . The suites are spacious and are comfortable enough to consider a home away from home . Excellent place , highly recommended after several years of repeat visits .

We loved everything about our stay here. Our suite was beautiful, clean and roomy. The front desk was helpful with recommendations and friendly. Convenient location close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was convenient and a good value. We also appreciated the refund of the first night's stay due to rescheduling our flight. What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable suite. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff were friendly and very helpful, great room service pizza and a wonderful location within easy walking distance of St Stephen’s one way and Heroes Square the other. Budapest is an amazing city and we had a wonderful week at this hotel!

Everything you need supplied in the apartment. Quiet and relaxed. Free coffee from machine in reception a bonus. We didn't have breakfast but it did look delicious. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our first time in Budapest and what a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a young child and found it to be perfect. The apartments were well fitted and really clean. The location was great for us, with the main sights within a 30 minute walk. The air con was a bit temperamental but that could’ve been user error! Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Budapest

Like a home from home, with kitchen, dining room and living room area. Our room had wonderful high ceilings and there was plenty of space for the three of us to hang out. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and then three short stops to the main tourist area. There are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby Oktogon neighbourhood.

Stunning property very nice and helpful staff house keepers were exceptional, we had a gorgeous apartment some minor notes would be we had some issues with our showers, the AC isn’t very good at all made it quite hard to relax and sleep and the TV was dated. Overall despite those little issues it is a lovely property in a good location that’s very cost friendly and is visually lovely!

The rooms are fantastic: clean, well appointed. I wish they gave us more towels, you only get one per person. I also wish the towels were newer, they were not in the best shape. The neighborhood is quite with a few dining options around. Its about a block from the museum of terror and a 20 minute walk to st. Stephen's (which is the tourist center of Pest). The mentro is right outside. Breakfast is not included and will cost you $12, its not the best breakfast so we only tried it once. Next time would stay a just a bit more central.
