Our stay was excellent from the very first moment.The staff was very kind and helpful.All the facilities were clean and in good condition.We only had our breakfast in the hotel which offered a good variety and fresh selection of delicious food.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.It was a great value of money and the location is good,close to transport hubs if you want to look around in Budapest.

Nice green oasis near Kelenfold bus station

Nice one night stay. Convenient close to the Kelenfold bus station. Room and balcony pleasant. Nice view of trees. Pool/spa nice. Breakfast included quite good, though we found the restaurant for dinner had relatively limited options- beef stew was good, caesar salad not so much.

Hotel is in middle of renovation’s,room we stopped in for a week was ok, and well equipped, pillows weren’t the best for us, the breakfast is a bit hit and miss for the star rating it is. Full marks for the wellness area. The receptionist were very helpful. Also if visiting Budapest centre , a little out of town although transport as usual is spot on, 25 mins too the centre.

Just a bus ride on the Buda side of Budapest. One bus into Pest 108E or 2 buses. 15 min walk to the Budapest-Kelenford station and Etene Shopping Mall. Room was nice and spacious. We were right next to the restaurant and we thought it would have been noisy, but it surprisingly wasn’t and turned out to be very convenient. The spa and pool was on the other side of the hotel offering loads of spa facilities and a modest swimming pool. All areas were clean and tidy. Special mention of Dorina the receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and offered local information about travel options. Breakfast was good, loads of options. Dinner at the Essence was also lovely and affordable.

We had a lovely stay at Rubin. Great spa, good breakfast of decent variety and great customer service. Special thanks to the night shift receptionist Leslie who should be promoted. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. Not only was the check-in process quick but he also gave us plenty of tips and recommendations for fun activities to do in Budapest, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent property, very quiet, lovely front desk staff, great breakfast, swimming pool, steam room and salt room are a bonus. I walked everywhere as it’s around 45 mins to city centre. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Shower Gel was empty on arrival and not refilled during the stay, on booking ‘designer toiletries’ were offered but nothing was available in the room only 2 small bottles of body lotion. Food in the restaurant was ok just not very hot. Walls in the rooms are quite thin and you can hear people in the next room - On this basis I would look for an alternative hotel.

Thank you.

Lovely hotel and stay only marred by them wanting €30 for an early check in. The location is in a suburb and infrastructure and transport system seemed a bit piecemeal though that's not the hotels fault. That all said I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to people after a quality hotel away from the tourist trap.

We’ve had different experiences, first we had a room on the groundfloor, where were ants, and it was really loud due to the traffic on the street and due to the parking place. When we asked the reception to help, they were extremely professional and friendly, we’ve received a new room on the second floor and we could choose from two different option. The hotel itself is also not so modern, and the breakfast is fine but not so variable.

It was okay, a bit noisy by the road and the internet connection in our room was poor. Did not have shampoo or conditioner, just a 2in1 hair and body soap. Also not slippers in the room. A bit disapointing as it is a hotel with spa. Also a bit far to walk everywhere, with office spaces, rooms and everything mixed together. Breakfast was ok, a bit too small selection, especially for vegetarians. The "cold milk" was room temperature

located out of the old city center , but convienient connections to the downtown of Budapest by metro, tramways, buses. The hotel itself is pretty nice, comfortable( junior suite room) with relaxing indoor swimming pool , saunas. But frequently visited by big families with many children from east european countries, so quite loud, wild and full in the evenings. The rooms for after sauna are not seperately equipped so that no peaceful lights, relaxing music, no drinks except common tab water one can use , a bit clumsy and wet all the time and noisy. It lacks of fine details, care as a 4 star hote.. In average , it is OK. Die Angestellte an der Rezeption sind besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und competent. Vielen Dank an Alle! Das Essen sowohl für Frühstücksbüffe als auch abends im Restaurant mit akzeptablen Preisen sind gut, lecker, einheimisch, international, empfehlenswert, chapeau! Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr geräumigen Zimmern. Aber man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, Check in kurz und knapp, nur 1 Schlüsselkarte für 2 Personen? Keinerlei Aussagen über Restaurant oder Bar, geschweige über Wellness usw. Zimmer werden in 3-4 Minuten „sauber“ gemacht. Frühstücksbüffet mehrere kaputte Aufbewahrungen für Wurst und Käse ( in 5 Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. Unabgedecktes hartes Brot, es wird auch zu spät nachgefüllt, obwohl reichlich Personal und nicht viele Gäste, aber Personal unterhält sich lieber privat. In der Beschreibung werden als Sprachen Deutsch , Englisch und Ungarisch angegeben, jedoch spricht dort niemand Deutsch. Innenhof sehr schön angelegt, aber total ungepflegt. Check out auch kurz und knapp, keinerlei Fragen ob alles in Ordnung war oder ähnliches. Schade, das Hotel mit der Einrichtung hat wirklich Potenzial.

Room tired with marked walls..close to where i needed to be. Restaurant breakfast was good choice and nice. Maids pleasant and catered for needs. Checkin good and very helpful staff. Some parts are 4 star and some werent. THE room was not in my opinion had to ask for kettle and didn't expect the grubby walls
