Great location with everything right outside your doorstep. Close to attractions plus good public transit options. The unit itself makes good space for two of us. Kitchen amenities useful for basic comfort. Would stay here again.

Central and convenient

The accomodation is perfectly placed. Cery centrally, but at the same time not where all the buzz is. Walking distance to almost everything. Communication with the owner was genwrally excellent. Some minor issues with how clean the apartment was and with the heat (it took us 1.5 day to get how it works). I would recommend this place

Excellent stay at very short notice!

The host was very helpful, I purchased late at night and checked in the same night with very little notice - I had no problem with the online check in, process was very simple. Apartment is very centrally located and easy to get to. It was very comfortable and is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Highly recommended! Excellent communication regarding check-in process. Please be aware that on-line registration will be needed and from there information regarding access to the property, key codes, access to key box etc will be given. So you will need internet access and your phone or computer. The owner was good humoured and pleasant. The property was in an authentic quaint old building on one of the main walking streets. It was perfect for my 2 night stay. Good value. Little kitchenette, good fridge. Close to everything - central market, bridge to the baths etc etc. Many thanks.

Quiet flat at a popular pedestrian shopping street and close to the big market place. A lot of security steps to be taken. Felt very safe.

This apartment (downtown 2) is in a great location just a few minutes walk to public transport. Charming old traditional building on a busy street with many restaurants. Quiet inside. Warm. Good size for two people, king size bed, bathroom with lots of hot water, a little kitchen with fridge and kettle. Good value for money, we paid £40 per night. Good WiFi and water pressure. Excellent communication with the owner on how to get in. However. It would be 10/10 if there was some investment in a new mattress, pillows and bedding/towels. As other people have mentioned the mattress is poor: thin and lumpy, the pillows hard and uncomfortable with pillowcases that don’t fit, and the bedding sheets are poor quality, thin and worn. Upgrading these items would make a very big difference to overall comfort.

The apartment was simple and comfortable, exactly what we needed. Basic toiletries were supplied, as well as kitchen appliances and hair dryer etc. The location is ideal, as you're at walking distance from the centre, in the heart of Budapest. Would recommend, definitely!

Excellent location within walking distance of all the sight seeing and on a great street, The apartment was very clean and tidy and a great size with all the amenities we needed, Owner was very easy to get hold of. Only downside was the comfort of the bed.
