The location was good, and the room looked fine when we checked in, but after just two days, brown water started dripping from the ceiling. Within a few days, the water damage spread, forcing us to place buckets in four different spots throughout the room (bathroom, kitchen, and two different places in the bedroom/living room ); we could barely sleep during the last couple of days. We reported it to the reception, but they simply apologized and handed us a towel so we could clean it up ourselves. We didn't know where it would start dripping next, so it was hard to know where to put our things. Some of our belongings got hit by the brown water, which was really disgusting. We feel we paid far too much considering the quality of the room we received.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The last time was four years ago but this is the only place I’ll stay and the place I recommend to friends. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Location is the best. Simple walk to the Christmas markets in just a few minutes. Stayed with my mother and we never felt unsafe walking at night in the area. Two convenient little food stands right by the hotel for reasonable langos, chimney cakes and crepes. Grocery store close by and lots of restaurants.

Excelente

Good place to stay in centre of town

The apartment is well equipped and in the centre of Budapest. Overall it’s a great place to stay and the staff were all very helpful. They had air conditioning but they don’t allow it to be used until June. The apartment was rather hot but they had unusual weather for April so usually this probably isn’t an issue.
