Le Dimore di Budoni is located in an enviable position only 300 meters from the beautiful Budoni beach, famous for its enchanting crystal-clear sea, very white sand and the beautiful pine forest that frames it. The complex is set in large, well-maintained green spaces where you can relax outdoors.

The main street with various services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, crafts, etc.) is only 500 meters away. The center of the village, enlivened on summer evenings by the night market and outdoor musical evenings, is about 1.5 km away.

In 10 minutes by car it is possible to reach San Teodoro and, in less than 30 minutes, the port and airport of Olbia.

The apartments, surrounded by greenery and functionally furnished, can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace. The 2-level one has on the ground floor a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom, and on the first floor a double bedroom and a bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchen and garbage disposal by the client or extra charge of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: mandatory for the municipality of Budoni in cash. The amount varies depending on the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) check-in from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - check-out by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property to issue KEY BOX code for key pick-up; in case of no communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be required.

2) It is specified that in this complex is carried out the separate collection and disposal of waste in special containers.

3) The apartments are located within a residential context and the photos are explanatory. OPTIONAL
