This place SUCKS
Apparently the manager on site cleans the cabins himself because he doesn't want to hire a cleaner. He doesn't do a good job on cleaning and then "kindly" offers a 25 percent discount for your stay. Um no thanks, the place should be spotless. It's a tiny home, a tiny space to clean shouldn't be that much of a challenge. When I called to tell him what was wrong he got attitude and kept interrupting me. He's very rude. The sheets weren't changed they had dog hair all over them, fingerprints all over the faucet, crusties on the couch, kitchen sink was dirty and there was hair on the toilet and shower floor. Everything that was wiped was done with a dirty rag. Beyond ridiculous that you think this is ok. Hire someone that does a good job. My friends tiny home wasn't clean either but she dealt with it. Your worker closed the office 15 mins early so I couldnt complain to him and you werent on site. I should not have been charged a cancelation fee as it was not my fault. I'm sure people love working for you. I wish I could submit photos as I took them when I showed up to this dirty booking, GROSS.
