The Salida Opera House Loft

  • Come experience part of Downtown Salida History! This NEW condo is part of the historical Unique Theater renovation and filled with all the amenities that living in the heart of downtown Salida offers- walking distance to theaters, restaurants, art galleries, and the Arkansas River walk. The Main Level is open and spacious with a Queen Bedroom, large office/den (Murphy Queen Bed) and a full custom tiled bathroom. Second Floor has a Master Suite, with walk in in closet and and loft area with a futon for additional sleeping space.

    High-end finishes include- soaring 12+ ft ceilings, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace with rustic wood mantel. Kitchen is sleek with solid surface counters and stainless appliances- filled with all the tools you will need to prepare a meal for your friends and family! The outdoor space is a private 479 square foot deck with a fire pit, picnic table, grill and plenty of seating. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful Salida evenings!

Absolutely amazing stay! This place exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is beautiful, super clean,comfortable, and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—super quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had a question.The location truly can’t be beat. It’s centrally located and right in the heart of everything you could ever need or want while staying in Salida—restaurants, shops, and activities are all just steps away.We come to Salida once or twice a year, and after many stays over the years, this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Salida!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property contact was easy to communicate with. The place itself is beautiful and extremely well stocked. The location is perfect. The rooftop deck is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again if possible.

We loved our stay at the Salida Opera House loft! Location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown and easy to walk to everything. Reserved parking is a huge perk, especially during busy season. The loft itself was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and extremely well-stocked with everything you need- including games and baby gear! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and address any questions. Will definitely stay again!
