Wunderbarer Aufenhalt im Herzen von Palermo Soho. Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt wie in Ben´s Hotel. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war überwältigend. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal an Jose, Clara und Micaela, ihr wart fantastisch. Für alles gab es eine Lösung. Die Kommunikation lief ohne Probleme auf Englisch. Es war irgendann wie nachhause zu kommen:-) Wenn man von einem Tagestripp zurück kam, erwartete einen hinter der Eingangtür eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der pulsierenden Stadt. Der gepflegte Garten ist eine Augenweide. Das Frühstück ist für argentinische Verhältnisse aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig. Neben den landestypischen Süßspeisen gab es auch immer Wurst, Käse und Rührei. Café und Tee kann man sich den ganzen Tag im Frühstücksraum nehmen. Alte antike Möbel finden sich in allen Bereichen. Wir haben es so geliebt, weil es einfach zum Stil dieser herrlichen Unterkunft passt. Auch wenn dadurch die eine oder andere Tür klemmt. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon und Blick auf den Garten. Sehr toll. Das Bad hätte an der einen oder anderen Stelle mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig. Wir haben einfach gerne darüber hinweg gesehen, weil hier das Gesamtpaket stimmte. Alle Zimmer verfügen übrigens über einen Safe. Eine Wechselstube ist keine 50 Meter entfernt. Ebenso ein Waschsalon und ein Supermarkt.

Well located Hotel at a good price. Lovely outside space. Staff were happy to help. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were adequate but probably could do with a refurbish soon. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel charmoso, muito bem localizado perto de muitos restaurantes e bares, mas: o wifi não funcionava o tempo todo ou o sinal era ruim, café da manhã ok; o quarto decepcionou muito, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e pingava água formando uma poça, escorria muito água do chuveiro molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Faltam melhorias…O hotel fica proximo aos bares então a rua pode ficar bem movimentada e barulhenta.

Lovely hotel tucked into a courtyard in the wonderful Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Helpful, friendly staff and included breakfast plus lovely outdoor area to sit in. Highly recommend.

Great B&B!
Great property! The garden is beautiful! The property is older, so be prepared for that, but the service and garden are amazing! The breakfast is great, the rooms are super clean and comfy- definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely great. The staff was top notch! I was breaking my trip into two parts, going to Bariloche, then returning to another BENS hotel in Recoleta. Without me even asking, they offered to have my heavy bags sent ahead and stored in Recoleta while I was in Bariloche. The hotel is beautiful and extremely quiet, but still in the middle of a very happening neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Esquadrias, móveis, pisos, paredes, cozinha.A piscina imunda, com azulejos encardidos, a cozinha só oferece café da manhã, n serve lanches, n tem cafeteira ou filtro para água.Muito a desejar, os móveis da recepção fedem a xixi de gato. Além disso o custo benefício ruim valor da diária alto e muito pouco de luxo a oferecer.

Great staff at a lovely hotel
The hotel is an old-fashioned but very comfortable, somewhat quaint establishment with a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool in Palermo, a very nice and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Breakfast off the courtyard was quite good. But perhaps the best part of BENS was the staff -- they were some of the nicest, most helpful people we have encountered in all of our extensive travels.

Bem médio para um hotel boutique !
Para um hotel boutique deixou um tanto a desejar. Todo dia faltava um item para o banho: se não era a toalha de banho, era a de rosto ou o tapetinho... como não tem interfone nos quartos, tinha que descer até a recepção para reclamar. Um dia eu fiquei bem brava porque estava entrando no banho quando vi que eu não tinha toalhas, tive que me vestir novamente e descer para pedir uma toalha na recepção. Como fui bastante rude, confesso, o rapaz da recepção me levou uma toalha toda amarrotada na mão para me entregar, achei um absurdo. Quarto pequeno, mas bastante confortável. Todos os outros funcionários foram extremamente cordiais o tempo todo.

This property is an oasis with a beautiful garden/ park and pool at the center of Palermo SoHo. Perfect to hang out and cool down in summertime before going out again. I loved the checkout at noon, which allowed us to rest and recover from the customary late dinner the night before.

Eu achei o local muito gracioso e o recepcionista muito amável e pronto para ajudar em tudo! O local é muito bom! Só que falta alguns cuidados👼! Meu banheiro vazava tudo na hora do banho, e estava um pouco encardido o piso! O piso do quarto é parquet mas precisava muito de uma Manutenção! O local é ótimo, muito agradável a área externa e a equipe! Só aconselho uns reparos

Me fue pésimo!! De lo peor!! Quiero dejar acá mi queja ya que me fue imposible contactarme con gente de esta agencia, que es Hotels.com, por la cual hice la reserva y no hubo caso ya que el número de contacto que está aventado acá en la app de esta agencia no responde. No pude ir a mi reserva, no pude modificar ni cancelar, perdí un total de USD 167,00 así que aconsejo no reserven a través de esta agencia y no recomiendo el hotel BENS L’ Hotel Palermo ya que no me supieron dar solución diciéndome que yo arregle mi inconveniente con esta agencia.
