We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The host was warm, helpful, and very communicative, and always quick to respond. They provided clear and detailed instructions for arrival and entry, which made everything smooth and easy from the beginning.The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean, quiet, and well furnished, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a lovely view of the city. The building and neighborhood felt very safe and secure. The location was excellent and easy to find, and we were able to walk to many shops, cafés, and restaurants in Palermo. The Wi-Fi worked great, the water pressure was strong, and the bedroom air conditioning units were very effective.The main living area air conditioning unit had a small leak during our stay. We let the host know, and they were responsive and appreciative of the update. The other units worked perfectly, so it did not impact our overall experience.We also really appreciated the host’s flexibility on our last day. Although a late checkout was not possible because another guest was arriving, they arranged for us to leave our luggage with the security guard so we could enjoy our final day in Buenos Aires without having to manage our bags. Overall, it was a great value and a very positive experience. We would happily stay here again.
