Welcome to our impressive 2-bedroom apartment with pure designer furniture! This space is ideal for up to 6 people looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with individual beds that can be converted into a double bed, as well as 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, there are 2 single sofa beds available for added comfort.
The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air of the city. It also has air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year and high-speed internet so you can stay connected and work without problems.
It is located in a privileged location, in a safe and quiet area, but a few minutes' walk from the most popular tourist attractions in the city, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
In addition, our building has 24-hour security and an elevator to facilitate your arrival and departure.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
