Nothing fancy, but a great hotel for the price paid in a location that is easily walkable to all the main attractions of Buenos Aires. Others have complained about the WIFI but I had no issues in my 6th floor room.

Overall a good, safe, and clean hotel. The old fashioned elevator door can be annoying and the basic rooms are tiny.

Hotel Telepostal Congreso is a standard hotel that is pleasant and adequate for a stay. The rooms are a practical size and very clean and functional. Breakfast is basic but fine. There are good restaurants and shops close by. It is a good 20- 30 minute walk to the central areas and main attractions in BA. The staff are excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful.

It's an old hotel with it's ancient elevator where you have to slide two metal doors close before punching floors. Breakfast was just a choice of cold ham and cheese with toaster and various breads. No eggs or warm breakfast items

Buena atención en recepción de cada recepcionista, limpieza adecuada, lugar tranquilo y céntrico, el desayuno sencillo pero rico, falta variedad; solo el wifi no funcionaba muy bien en el cuarto donde me tocó.
