Exactly the accommodation as advertised. The location was very convenient for me, since I needed to divide my time between the Belgrano district to the west and historical parts of the city to the east. I felt safe, had lots of dining and shopping options, could walk just about everywhere, and had good bus connections close by.

Bonito departamento, bien decorado y equipado. La zona muy tranquila segura, con muchas opciones de cafés, restaurantes con precios accesibles, poco ruidoso las noches del fin de semana. La comunicación con el dueño fue fácil. Sí volvería a rentarlo.

Apartamento confortável.

Imóvel bem localizado, portaria 24 h, piscina compartilhada. Apartamentos confortáveis mas nas fotos pareciam novos, o que não é a realidade.

Apartment was a little more run down than we were expecting. Apartment was relatively clean but when we checked in there was dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom. There were not extra blankets or pillows provided for the sofa bed and the toilet did not flush properly. Otherwise the property was nice and we appreciated the 24 hour security.

The apartment was excellent with excellent security and even some of the guards spoke English. I wish the bed had been a little bigger it was difficult to hold somebody who is 6 ft tall without the feet falling off the bed but it was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates. The exercise room has a good quality of equipment. Would happily stay here again.
