「We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast "made to order" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.」

「Although the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was extremely disappointing due to the fact they did not deliver the room as per Expedia platform: very small for two people , very poor ventilation, and very uncomfortable. 」

「Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. 「Hotel con buena relaicón costo beneficio, en el centro de la ciudad, cerca del centro. En las noches en el exterior hay ruido (hay unos bares cerca) pero en la habitación no se escuchan. Personal de servicio y administrativo muy atentos. Muy satisfecho」
