Overall a decent and reasonably priced place to stay. Not having wifi in the room was very inconvenient, but I managed with my phone's hotspot. Pros: + Cleaning staff does a good job + Staff is friendly + Price + Nice bathroom Cons: - No wifi internet provided in room - Breakfast below average in quality - Strange open car doors in parking lot in the morning, so make sure to lock your doors

Wonderful One-Day Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and a Great Bonus Surprise! "We recently stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was exceptionally clean, and all the amenities provided were top-notch and well-maintained. A pleasant surprise during our visit was the pool: although we were informed during booking that it wouldn't be available due to maintenance or scheduling, it was actually open and ready for use when we arrived. My family and I really enjoyed spending time there! Overall, it was a wonderful, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for a quick getaway!"

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo Amherst/University has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m visiting the Buffalo area. Every stay has been consistently excellent. The hotel is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service every time I visit. I also really appreciate the complimentary breakfast—it has a great variety of options and is a wonderful way to start the day. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the location. It’s conveniently close to everything I enjoy doing in the Buffalo area, making it the perfect home base for my trips. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable stay. I look forward to returning again and again!

Nice property, very close to North campus of UB so it was super convenient for orientation. The room and bathroom were clean and the hotel is well maintained. The beds were comfortable- even the pullout was good! Breakfast in the morning had a good selection. Kitchen was quick to replenish items that ran out like muffins, half and half, sausage etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was that our towels were not replaced and beds were not made between day one and two of our stay, which is pretty standard in most hotels. Otherwise, it was a terrific place to stay and I will definitely book there again.

Cleaning of room happens once w every three days. Missed my third day. Mentioned to front desk. Said it would be cleaned next day. Did not happen that day either. Did compensate me for that. Breakfast food not good.

The only gripe I have is how upon checking in is you aren't told about the $50 per day incidental fee. I didn't know about this until I was charged. Kinda ruined my trip and was not able to enjoy myself like I wanted to. Will not be staying again
